The Ten Tors Orchestra, the professional chamber orchestra of the south-west of England, will once again revisit Jonathan Pitkin's '…whispering, clamoring…' for string orchestra, ten years after commissioning the work and giving its first performances at venues across the region. The concert takes place at the Minster Church of St Andrew, Plymouth, at 7.30pm, with works by Holst, Delius, Vaughan Williams, Elgar and Britten also on the programme. The conductor is Simon Ible.
